PR\u00c9PARATION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1<\/strong> –<\/span> \u00c9plucher l\u2019ananas, \u00f4ter les yeux et l\u2019ar\u00eate centrale, puis d\u00e9couper en petits morceaux.<\/span><\/p>\n

2<\/strong> –<\/span> Pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la panure, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire, la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, les \u0153ufs battus et m\u00e9langer ensemble le coco r\u00e2p\u00e9 et le panko.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

3<\/strong> –<\/span> D\u00e9couper le filet de poisson en m\u00e9daillons, puis les assaisonner avec du sel, du poivre et un peu de curry. Passer en premier dans la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, puis les \u0153ufs battus et enfin le m\u00e9lange coco panko.<\/span><\/p>\n

4<\/strong> –<\/span> Dans une po\u00eale chaude avec un peu d\u2019huile de tournesol, faire paner les m\u00e9daillons de poisson jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient bien dor\u00e9s, mais ros\u00e9 \u00e0 c\u0153ur, puis d\u00e9barrasser de c\u00f4t\u00e9.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

5<\/strong> –<\/span> Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, ajouter l\u2019ail et le gingembre hach\u00e9s, puis les morceaux d\u2019ananas.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

6 <\/strong>–<\/span> Laisser cuire quelques minutes, puis ajouter le curry et le bouillon de volaille. Bien m\u00e9langer l\u2019ensemble et verser le lait de coco.<\/span><\/p>\n

7<\/strong> –<\/span> Laisser mijoter sur le feu tr\u00e8s doux pendant 1 minute.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

8<\/strong> –\u00a0<\/em><\/span>Dans des assiettes creuses, ajouter en premier un fond de sauce, puis d\u00e9poser quelques m\u00e9daillons de bonite et en compl\u00e9ment du fe\u2019i r\u00f4ti.<\/span><\/p>\n

9<\/strong> – <\/span>\u00c0 d\u00e9guster sans attendre et voil\u00e0, c\u2019est pr\u00eat et tout simplement bon !<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
